At Tres Vivant we have no minimums to buy. Prices may change
without notice. Our standard shipping is UPS. We normally
ship within 48 hours of receiving orders excluding weekends.
All funds are in US dollars.

Return Policy
At Tres Vivant due to the nature of our product all sales
are final. We are unable to accept any returns, as we would
not be able to guarantee the quality and purity of returned
products to our customers. No Exceptions. Please feel free
to contact us for samples before purchasing. Defective/damaged
products will be replaced with the identical item upon the
return of the defective/damaged product. Call for return
arrangements, we will not be responsible for items returned
without prior notice.
Note: Once return arrangement is given, product must be
returned within 10 business days. After that time the product
will no longer be accepted and the sale will be final.
Out of Stock Products
We do occasionally run out of an item. In the event we do,
we will ship the order minus the out of stock item and adjust
it accordingly on the invoice. The customer may request
the item be backordered and the backorder will not be charged
until shipped. Unless otherwise requested. Shipping will
be charged accordingly.

Sales
Tax
Sales tax will be charged for California residents at an
8.25% rate unless Tres Vivant has a valid sales tax ID number
on file.
Damage Claims
Inspect all packages at time of receiving order. All damaged,
defective of missing item claims must be reported within
72 hours of delivery of package. After that time, the customer
accepts all responsibility and will not hold Tres Vivant
liable.
Disclaimer
Tres Vivant will not be held responsible for any misuse
of their products. Any injury in the use of Tres Vivant
products will be solely the responsibility of the customer
and said customer releases Tres Vivant and their owner of
any and all responsibility in the case of injury.
While we do our best to offer you
only the highest quality products, Tres Vivant does not
guarantee that any natural product will be consistent from
one batch to another. These are natural products, no additives
of dilution had been used in them. Tres Vivant is not responsible
for any variations in product. The consistency an sent of
our butters, oils, salts and sugars may vary from batch
to batch being refined in the most natural way possible.
We do not accept returns due to these differences.
In the event of loss or damage,
Tres Vivant will only be liable for the actual cost and/or
replacement of the merchandise.
